Russia and Georgia Exchange Missile Fire


The USGovernment, Obama and McCain have commented on the military conflict. For now, Obama and the USGovernment are in sync, both exuding an implicit neutrality.

Not so McCain. He's already taken sides, and his horse in the race is Georgia.

It should be pointed out that McCain's top foreign policy adviser, Randy Scheunemann, was until March of 2008 a "registered foreign agent" employed by the government of Georgia.

"Mr. Scheunemann was a registered foreign agent until March, when he ended his registrations for several countries. He had joined the McCain campaign several months earlier."
